Our holistic concept combines body, mind and sailing. Because body and mind are more closely related than one would assume. A healthy body leads to wellbeing and a lively, positive-tuned mind has a positive effect on internal and external charisma. In today’s world, it is not that easy to give the awareness and care to your body and soul they need. On the contrary, more and more people suffer from cramps, tension, stress, restlessness or even from physical or mental illnesses. Diseases and disorders often arise when the body loses the ability to regulate itself.

Latest travel advice
Due to the current situation, we have put together tips for your trip that you should take into account when booking our sailing retreats:
As of March 8th, 2021:
o All air travelers must show a negative PCR test upon check-in. The same applies to travelers by train, bus or boat who travel more than 30 km into the Netherlands.
o The test must not be older than 72 hours.
o Once in the Netherlands, travelers should urgently go into a ten-day home quarantine. The negative test required to enter the Netherlands is not a substitute for quarantine.
o After a few days, a negative test can end the quarantine.
o Public life is severely restricted, and retail should be allowed to reopen from mid-March.
o A night-time exit ban and contact restrictions still apply.
