Adjust the sails and reset your course

The direction and goals of our sailing retreats and thus also the schedule are of course dependent on the weather conditions, but also on your wishes and needs. You will only be included in the boat handling as much as you want and feel comfortable with.

Escaping the stress and hectic pace of everyday life sounds good? Reset the course on a sailboat with fresh sea air on your skin? With our combination of sailing, mindfulness training, relaxation techniques and coaching we offer the unique opportunity to let go of negative thoughts and patterns, to discover your personal strengths and to be able to integrate them into your everyday life after the sailing cruise.

 

The sailing trips

Baltic Sea

On the evening before our 2-day adventure and relaxation cruise, you will be welcomed on board by our skipper and can already experience a wonderful sunset on deck, meet the coaches and the other participants or enjoy your dinner in local restaurants. The following day, a sweet breakfast awaits you before you start sailing. Spread over the day, depending on the package you have booked, you will receive coaching units on your own personal stress triggers and coping techniques as well as an introduction to various relaxation methods. You can also put what you have learned into practice right on board with your crew! As a special highlight, we offer you a one-week sailing break in the Danish “South Sea”. From the Ostholstein Baltic Sea coast we will discover the beautiful Danish islands south of Funen with you. Depending on the wind and your wishes, we can head for Als, Langeland, Ærø and other beautiful Baltic Sea pearls.


Adriatic

On the first Saturday of our one-week sailing retreat, you will be welcomed on board by our skipper and you can already experience a wonderful sunset on deck, meet the coaches and the other participants or enjoy your dinner in one of the local restaurants. On the following days, a sweet breakfast awaits you before you start sailing. Spread over the day, you will receive coaching units on your own personal stress triggers and coping techniques as well as practical instructions on various relaxation and mindfulness methods. In the evening we moor in small harbors or anchor in picturesque bays. Here you can explore the area with the dinghy or SUP, enjoy a self-conjured dinner with the crew or look at the small magical places and try out the local shops, restaurants or bars. You can also put what you have learned into practice right on board with your crew! On Friday evening we arrive back at the port of departure and can review what we have experienced over a cozy dinner before we say goodbye to you the next morning.

Greece

Greece is always worth a trip. On the first Saturday of our one-week sailing break, you will be welcomed on board by our skipper and you can already experience a wonderful sunset on deck We take you to the Ionian Sea with its beautiful islands of Kefalonia, Zakynthos or Ithaka, the home of the infamous hero of the Iliad, Odysseus. We also want to experience the Cyclades, a group of islands in the Aegean Sea, with you. The white-blue houses of the so-called ring islands around the sacred island of antiquity, Delos, represent the typical Greek island architecture. We will show you wonderfully beautiful bays in front of Kea, Kythnos, Sifnos or Syros and have the Meltemi, the summer wind in the Aegean, on our side, which usually brings bright weather and a clear view. Walk with us on the paths of the ancient Greek heroes, jump into the clear, warm water, discover the island world by SUP or dinghy and enjoy these uniquely beautiful sailing areas.

IJsselmeer and Wadden Sea

On Monday morning our skipper welcomes you on board, you can move into your cabin and familiarise yourself with the impressive traditional sailingship. With a delicious coffee, tea and small snacks you can get close to the crew and fellow sailors. On the following days, a sweet breakfast awaits you before you start sailing. Spread over the day, you will receive coaching units on your own personal stress triggers and coping techniques as well as practical instructions on various relaxation and mindfulness methods. You can explore the numerous canals, admire the natural beauties, take an active part in sailing events if you want, or just relax in this wonderfully beautiful maritime landscape. You will have the opportunity to discover the small towns with their sights and the local gastronomic offers or to experience the maritime flair of a sailing trip at quiet anchorages. You can also put what you have learned into practice right on board with your crew! On Friday morning we will arrive back in the port of departure and can review what we have experienced over a leisurely breakfast before we say goodbye to you.
